It was a frosty winter morn...
I walked into the clear crisp light. Tiny glowing crystals crafted carefully by the still air, cracking under my heel.
The grass was encased, held still, by that crystalline exoskeleton.
And I knew in myself that I, like the grass of that morning, was also trapped in the cold structure I built around myself.
So I climbed out. Steely cold frost, shaken off, revealing the bare skeleton beneath.
See me. Through me. All of me. My skeleton is the bareness of my soul. The nakedness, the taboo of seeing what is concealed.
My skeleton is me. And I am my skeleton. Feel the bones, this is home.
